AFPI Life Membership – Eligibility

• PG in Family Medicine
(Degree, Diploma, Fellowship, or other FM course)

• MBBS with 5 years or more GP practice
– State AFPI Office Bearer certificate required
– Select “Other” under FM qualification and upload certificate

• PG in any specialty practicing as GP
– Same criteria as MBBS GP applicants
