Today's story

One lady of 34 years married for last 2 years not yet planned for pregnancy.
Suddenly 3 days back she started having severe pain ,she managed with pain relieving medicine but her dint reduce,again she suffered pain , vomiting - brought to emergency - CECT done..ovarian cyst suspected...

Her RIGHT OVARIAN CYST was twisted as you can see

We did correct torsion through Laparoscopy,removed cyst from o***y and left sided multicystic o***y corrected ,at the same sitting checked tubal patency as she will plan pregnancy after this.

So if pain lower abdomen..don't neglect as on prolonged neglect these torsion can totally damage o***y...

Patient discharged in one day..
