মনোসামাজিক প্রতিবন্ধীদের কাছে ১৫ই আগস্টের তাৎপর্য কী? স্বাধীনতার অর্থই বা কী? AADHAR, Voter, PAN Card-ই কি কেবল নাগরিকত্বর মাপকাঠি? যাঁদের গায়ে মানসিক রোগের তকমা, যাঁরা Q***r, দলিত, প্রান্তিক―তাঁরা যথাযথ নাগরিক অধিকার পান?স্বাধীনতা দিবস, ২০২৫-এর প্রাক্কালে আলোচনা করলেন অঞ্জলি মানসিক স্বাস্থ্য অধিকার সংগঠনের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ও মানসিক স্বাস্থ্যকর্মী রত্নাবলী রায়।
