Let persons with disabilities be recognised as workers — with rights, dignity, and equal opportunity!

In India, over 26.8 million persons with disabilities remain largely excluded from formal employment, their rights neglected, their labour invisible, and their contributions profoundly undervalued.

The Purple Economy strives to change this — by building inclusive environments, creating equal opportunities, and affirming the rightful place of persons with disabilities in our workforce.

At Anjali, we believe: Disability inclusion is not a benevolent favour — it is a fundamental right.

On this May Day, we reaffirm our commitment to justice, dignity, and equality for all workers and the right to work of persons with disabilities.
