Healing Rhyyithm Facilitating the mind to conquer the insurmountable odds through DMT and NLP is what we at Healing Ryyithm excel in.

This page gives you an insight as well the extent of activities we indulge in to fortify the human mind. Angira Chakravorty Dasgupta
Founder of Healing Rhyyithm

There is a lot more to a person than what meets the eye. Moving beyond what eyes can see, Angira Chakravorty Dasgupta dives deeper into human psychology with her Dance Movement Therapy initiative – Healing Rhyyithm. A certified therapist

from Kolkata Sanved, affiliated under Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Rhythmosaic , Angira uses her experience as a passionate performing artist and a certified counsellor to help individuals achieve emotional, cognitive, physical, and social integration. With science at its core, Angira uses unconventional approaches of mind-body techniques. Her therapy includes conscious breath-work, creative movement, color, power of visualization to release pent up energies both negative and positive. It is her way of restoring physical and mental health. But what makes Healing Rhyyithm really stand out is its personalized approach. Working with individuals from all walks of life and age groups, her techniques are never the same. A trailblazer in her own right, she has merged her knowledge of Neuro Linguistic Programming and other significant verbal and non-verbal tools of Dance Movement Therapy to create a one-of-a-kind multi-dimensional method. This unique method can be easily customized to an individual's psychological state. Taking this method to the mainstream education, she is honored to have successfully enthused young talents and differently-abled students at the Bloomingdale International Academy, Kolkata. She has also lectured at Mridul foundation and Akshar school. While she continues to guide people to express themselves better, her steadily growing list of clients only inspires her to reach more people waiting to be healed.

Let’s take a moment to bring awareness to a silent yet serious condition — Hypertension (High Blood Pressure).

🫀 Often without visible symptoms, hypertension can quietly impact your heart, kidneys, and overall well-being. But the good news is — it’s manageable and, in many cases, preventable.

At Healing Rhyyithm, we believe in the power of movement, expression, and mindfulness as part of holistic health.

✨ Take a deep breath.
✨ Listen to your body.
✨ Choose calm, choose health.

SELF-DISCOVERY TO SELF-CARE
EXPRESSIVE ARTS: THE UNCHARTED PATH

Back at Downtown School, Guwahati — a space where learning goes beyond the classroom walls.
This was our second session with the wonderful teachers, and once again, their openness and curiosity truly touched our hearts ✨🧠🩷

It all began in 2023, when Angira led the very first expressive arts session with them.
Today, we returned to find the same warm smiles, open hearts, and a deeper eagerness to explore holistic well-being 🧘‍♀️

These educators are not only shaping young minds, but also nurturing their own inner growth 🌱 — with grace, vulnerability, and a heartfelt willingness to heal through creative expression 🎨🖌️

Here’s to unlearning, growing, and flowing — together, hand in hand 🤝🌸

Let’s keep moving, creating, and healing — one step at a time 👣

To the Mothers Who Are Tired, Silent, and Still Loving

Not to fix or rush you,
But to remind you:

You are not invisible.
Your feelings are valid.
You deserve care, too.

Maternal mental health is not a luxury.
It’s the heart of every thriving home.

So today, on Maternal Mental Health Day,
Let’s honour the real stories —
Messy, raw, and beautifully true.

You don’t have to be everything.
You already are so much.
You are loved.

The Healing Echo of Laughter

This World Laughter Day, let’s celebrate the sound that often says what words cannot—laughter.
A burden lightens, a heart softens, and the walls we build around our pain begin to crumble.
Laughter doesn’t erase the struggles, but it reminds us that we are alive, connected, and capable of healing. So today, let your laughter echo louder. Let it reach the corners of your soul that need warmth. Because in the rhythm of laughter, we find resilience, togetherness, and hope.

Reflection.
When we look in the mirror, are we truly seeing ourselves—or the layers placed on us by those around us? Our reflection is often shaped by filters we didn’t choose:
The voices of our caregivers teaching us what’s “right” or “wrong.”
The pressure of society defining success, beauty, and belonging.
The silent influence of our environment—what was encouraged, what was ignored.
The weight of culture and tradition, assigning roles before we understood ourselves.

All of these shape the way we understand who we are, how we express ourselves, and how we relate to the world. These filters can blur our self-image, dim our truth, and disconnect us from our inner voice. But what if we paused and questioned them?

What would your reflection reveal if you removed the filters? Who might you meet—beneath all the stories you’ve been told about who you should be?

Uniting Through Movement & Art – A Joyful Journey at Sri Sri Academy

In a vibrant, heart-opening workshop led by Angira, over 100 teachers at Sri Sri Academy immersed themselves in the healing power of Expressive Arts Therapy and Movement.

Through dance, drawing, storytelling, and breathwork, teachers found stress relief, deep connection, and the freedom to simply be. Barriers melted. Laughter echoed. Teams bonded. Creativity flowed.

In this safe, playful space, they reconnected with their inner child, embracing joy, stillness, rhythm, and the art of becoming.

This experience was more than a session—it was a beautiful reminder that art and movement unite, heal, and transform.

On Earth — In Earth — With Earth.

Ground-Nourish-Grow-Create-Return

Before the noise, before the rush — there was this.

The earth holds us steady, teaches us to root deep, to grow, to fall, to rise again.

Grounding isn’t just a practice, it’s a way of being.
So today, and every day —
is earth day
