Children of old aged parents know how difficult it is to stay away from them at any time, given their age and all the related illnesses and reduced capabilities that come with it. But in these unprecedented times of the COVID-19 pandemic, we can only imagine what you must be going through. Apart from all the regular problems that elderly people have to face and tackle, they have now been given another seemingly insurmountable task- staying safe from the virus, all the while carrying on with their regular lives.

We know that in these times, it is extremely difficult and risky for people in the post-retirement age groups to run their households, given the lack of public transport, the risk they run every time they have to step out of their house to buy something and a myriad of other problems. We also can imagine the constant state of worry and fear that children who stay away are living in. Therefore, to help the aged residents of the city and to allay some of the fears of their children, we would like to humbly offer our services to anybody who needs it.

The networks they have built up (of local grocery stores and pharmaceutical shops, of their trusted doctors and medical needs) and use to run their households in normal times have been seriously impacted. We need to come forward and help out our parents in whatever way we can. But being away from them hampers your ability to do so. This is where we come in- as our motto says, we strive to be the temporary children of all aged parents whose children live away. At this time, having somebody to take care of utility bill payment or critical doctors’ appointments is a huge burden off the shoulders, for both children and parents. Our infrastructure allows us to tackle emergencies in a quick and efficient way, even at this time.

Our services include:
1. 24x7 medical emergency facility
2. Alternate Day Phone calls
3. Companionship of 1Hr each – Weekly (if opted for)
4 Check up of vitals (BP,O2 & RBS) - TWICE a month.
5 GP evaluation – Half Yearly
6 Hospitalisation & Ambulance facility, if required
7 Complete Blood Tests including LFT & TSH – Yearly
8 Es**rt only for Doctors’ visits – as and when required.
Transport – Hourly charges on ERS basis
9 Utility Bills payment – monthly
10 ’Out of Home’ work – once a month.

• Customized packages for Diabetic and Cardiac patients are available under Expenses Reimbursible Services (ERS) on ACTUAL BASIS

We are practicing the strictest safety and hygiene measures to minimize chances of transmission of the virus.
