*Detailed Case Description:**

This patient is diagnosed with **knee osteoarthritis** along with a visible **bowleg deformity (genu varum)**. Both knees are involved, but the **left knee is more painful and symptomatic**.

At the time of the initial visit, the patient was in **severe pain** and had significant difficulty in walking. Due to pain and stiffness, the patient was **lifting the legs while walking** and was unable to walk normally. There was also **restricted range of motion**, especially in knee bending.

After starting **Tung Acupuncture treatment**, noticeable improvements were observed even in the early sessions:

* The patient was able to **slightly bend the knee**
* Walking pattern improved, becoming **more stable and natural**
* The patient reported around **50% relief in pain**

Overall, the patient showed positive functional improvement with reduced pain and better mobility after treatment.
