Short listed candidates has to go through on line aptitude tests and interview in person by the HR Manger & the Line manager .
Medical examination & back ground check shall be conducted by an independent agency before appointment.
On job training of 7 days shall be provided & the training score along with the trainer's review card shall be decisive in allotment of the assignment roster.
Probation of 6 months to come on board as confirmed Employee.
All standard parameters as per HR policy of the enterprise has to be met
