We’re back with another Dance Movement Psychotherapy workshop!
This time, we invite you to gently explore your own rhythm and discover the comfort that lies within, rather than seeking it outside. Together, let’s take a step toward trusting ourselves, fully and deeply.

No dance experience is needed. This is a welcoming space for anyone curious about exploring emotions, self-awareness, and connection through movement. There’s no right or wrong way to move. This is an open invitation to listen to your body and express yourself in a safe, supportive environment.

Come just as you are, and rise in motion with us.

We conducted our Monsoon Drive on 17 August across N.G. Medicare, Southern Avenue, Rashbehari Gurudwara, and the Southern Avenue crossing. Thanks to your kindness, hot meals and clean clothes reached people who needed them.

A big thank-you to BP Podder Institute for inviting Debut to host a warm, hands-on workshop on stress and time management. 🌿 Sessions were led by Shyamoshree Chatterjee and Sinjini Chakrabarty.

We celebrated 9 incredible years with what felt most true to us — a Dance Movement Psychotherapy workshop!

What better way to mark our journey than by dancing it out with our community?
Often, we drift away from people, places, and situations because we lose touch with ourselves.

So this year, we chose to celebrate by helping participants reconnect — through movement — with their most authentic selves.

The session was soulfully facilitated by Noel Datta, whose gentle guidance made the experience truly special.

Here’s to growth, connection, and many more years of moving together!
