Lower back pain ek side mein ho raha hai?
Ho sakta hai problem spine nahi… SI Joint mein ho.

SI Joint (Sacroiliac Joint) spine aur pelvis ke beech ka joint hota hai jo body ka weight upper body se legs tak transfer karta hai.

Agar is joint mein irritation ya dysfunction ho jaye, toh pain feel ho sakta hai:

• Hip ya buttock area mein
• Kabhi-kabhi leg tak bhi discomfort
