Revolut- 'Uday' EHealth Clinic Delivery of high quality, financially sustainable primary care for the last-mile rural population, is a global
challenge.

We propose a solution providing low-cost, evidence-based, and secure Primary healthcare services at remote
locations using innovative technology, trained paramedic professionals and backend doctors. An android-based app
(Knowledge Enabled Clinical Informatics) with detailed medical algorithm is developed by doctors and IT specialists. The
health assistants use this app and low-cost innovative diagnostic technologies to collect demographic data, medical &
family history and conduct preliminary physical examinations at the rural kiosk (a room of about 150 sq. ft at a prominent
location of the village). The data is shared with a back-end doctor using the internet/ SMS. The doctor, on review of the
patient details, communicates with the HA/Patient over phone prescribes medications. The HA prints the prescription,
explains and hands it over to the patient.

Prof Gordon McVie with his eCancer (ecncer.org) team visited and shot a documentary at our hospital, school and rural primary healthcare facility at Salboni which is jointly run by JSV and JSW. They are currently working on vaccination and early screening of cervical cancer. It was a brilliant experience to be a part of such a noble and important endeavor.
