Shine With Health is a concept and vision by Tai Chi for Health Master Trainers, Kartikey and Sylvia, to improve or maintain health by embracing the best of healthy habits from around the world. To be shining with health, one needs to take care of various aspects of life:
~What do we eat
~How do we Breathe
~How do we sit, stand or move
~How we deal with stress at work
~What regular exercise we do
to stay fit etc. In our quest to address these various aspects, we came across Dr Lam’s Tai Chi for Health program, in 2015, which addresses dealing stress and regular exercise part of a healthy life. Since then we got trained in the programs and have become India's first two certified Master Trainers of Dr Lam's world-famous institute.( www.tchi.org ) Some of his programs are:

3. Tai Chi for Energy
4. Tai Chi for Heart Conditions
