· Check Fat Percentage

· MHR (maximum Heart Rate) assessment.

· Anaerobic Power assessment.

· Aerobic Power assessment.

· Blood Pressure Check.

· Keep the clients mentally motivated and updated.

· Physical Fitness assessment along with Anthropometry.

· Muscle Pain relief through Assisted Stretch.

· Aerobic and Anaerobic Apnea assessment.

· Group Fitness Classes for Sports specific muscle development.

· First Aid and CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation).

Work History (Year 2000 to till date)

I professionally was associated as a Physical Trainer in:

Saturday Club and then

Bengal Rowing Club.

Was associated with the Golfers in Tollygunge Golf Club as Fitness Trainer.

As a Fitness Trainer I was in Ocio at Belvedere and also in ITC Virginia House Energym.

Worked as a Fitness Consultant in WIPRO (Kolkata) for more than 9 years.

I gave Personal Training to the Famous Industrialists and of other Professionals : Manju Bangur (Graphite India Ltd.), L.N Bangur, S.S. Kanoria, Mr. Piyush Pande (IPS), Surbhi Bangur (daughter of Videocon Proprietor), Mr. Suresh Senapati (CEO of WIPRO), Dr Vasala (Roy and Trivedi), Cardiologist Dr. Debol Sen and so many others.

As a Fitness Consultant I am attached with Malda Keep Fit Gym. (Twice in a month)

I worked in Maheshwari Bhavan school as a Physical Trainer,

Successfully Runnng my own Gym Olympia Gym near Dum Dum Junction.
