You can feel your aura between your palms without learning Reiki:

Follow this simple excercise- being recorded live- to feel or sense your aura(energy body).

Today in a Reiki first-degree class, beginners are going to do an excercise to feel their aura. Viewers may follow the instructions given by Grand Master Amar Kumar to the participants in the class to practically experience existence of aura.

Aura is our natural energy field and can be sensed with our palms even without learning Reiki.

But in a 2-day workshop where training in original / authentic form of Reiki is done, four attunements are done in physical presence of receivers.Naturally intense flow of Reiki - universal life force energy is experienced by
all and this capability of healing self and others remains intact whole life whether regularly practiced or not.
