Start by focusing on a balanced diet. Incorporate plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Limit sugary drinks and processed foods. This helps reduce fat accumulation in the liver.

Step 2: Stay Active
Encourage regular physical activity. Aim for at least an hour of exercise each day. Whether it’s biking, swimming, or playing sports, keeping active helps burn off excess fat and improves overall health.
