For the last 10 years, she is a well known lactation and prenatal nutrition expert in the city for expecting and new mother. Beri conducts regular classes for mothers of infants and toddlers on child nutrition and weaning. Her work encompasses nutrition, mental health and depression management, lactation, and lifestyle management strategies. Vidhi Beri offers holistic health programs for all age groups which include dietary changes, weight and stress management, exercise and fitness regimes as well as work on breathing, meditation and hormonal imbalances. The maternity wellness program works on an expecting mother’s nutrition, stress and hormones, prenatal lactation education, tips on baby care, and postnatal diet management as well as counseling.
