For the last 10 years, she is a well known lactation and prenatal nutrition expert in the city for expecting and new mother. Beri conducts regular classes for mothers of infants and toddlers on child nutrition and weaning. Her work encompasses nutrition, mental health and depression management, lactation, and lifestyle management strategies. A little older, a little wiser… and still just as dramatic, chaotic, and full of love 😌
Some things changed — life, priorities, versions of us.

“Do you make diet plans for kids too?”

And my answer is always a BIG yes 🤍✨

But let me say this clearly —
A child’s body is building 🧠🦴 — bones, brain, hormones and immunity — not just sustaining like an adult’s.

Children are in active growth mode 🚀

•Their calorie, protein and micronutrient needs are higher relative to their size and constantly changing with age.
•A toddler’s needs are different 👶
•A tween entering puberty needs structured nourishment 🌱
•A teen going through growth spurts needs even more energy and protein ⚡
•And a child involved in sports needs planned fueling 🏃‍♂️ — not random “high-protein” trends.
•That’s why I don’t believe in generic diet charts.
