3. Nasya clears the entire pathway from the head to the neck. As per Ashtanga Hridaya, Nasya is the gateway to the head (Shiraso Dwaram) and balances the Urdhva Jatru Vata.

1. Vata person is jumping from treadmill to mat to kettlebell because one routine is never enough. Energetic but restless, this person gets bored easily.

2. Pitta person is laser-focused, counting reps, checking form, chasing the clock and secretly trying to beat it. We've all seen that intense person at the gym. This is he/she.

- Dairy foods because it increases mucus-forming.

Raw salads with a hot cooked meal may seem healthy, but Charaka classifies this combination under Viruddha Āhāra, which means incompatible food pairing.

Raw foods are cold, dry and rough.
Cooked foods are warm, soft and oily.
Eating them together forces the digestive system to process two opposite energies at the same time, weakening Agni and creating Ama or toxins in the long term.

If you enjoy salads, have them as a separate meal or at least 45–60 minutes apart.
Your gut works better when the qualities of a meal are aligned, not conflicting.
