My Holi is made more colourful with this pleasant news. Our article on a STUDY done with GMCSF for the FIRST TIME EVER on Cirrhosis got published in the most prestigious Wiley’s International Liver Journal today.

of is a state of immunocompromise. We fail to understand why the antibiotics are failing. Our RCT with GMCSF used in cirrhosis for immune enhancement will help a lot in better management of such patients.

Above patient had for years severe recurrent chest pain requiring frequent emergency visits for painkiller injection.
On endoscopy she has fungal infection as the cause.
Pain free after 2 days of treatment.

Above patient on regular medication didn't swallow the medicine with adequate water due to which an Ulcer formed in food pipe.
For next one week he could not eat anything.
Endoscopy ultimately revealed the cause.
Treated and recovered.

Almost everyone has thought of or taken many drugs and herbal products for boosting immunity to fight COVID-19.

How Drunk Can you be?
A weird instance happened during last endoscopy.
A 40 year old man presented with pain abdomen and vomiting.
CT was normal.
Endoscopy surprisingly showed a TOOTHPICK piercing in small intestine.
With complicated maneuvering it was removed without overtube with immediate relief in pain.
Actually he was so drunk that he failed to realise that he was gulping the entire stick of kebab with toothpicks inside.
Also this patient has Acute on chronic liver failure due to alcohol which was successfully treated.
HAVE A SAFE DRINKING. 🍺🍡🍾👍🍢
