A 20 year old male patient with proclined anterior and sever midline diastema visited our clinic 2 months back. He does not want to go for orthodontic treatment as it's time consuming and wants result immediately. So we done root canal treatment in all four anteriors followed by post core build up in both central incisors. And then given him a four unit pfm bridge. U can see the results.
