Eating a variety of colorful foods is not only good for the body but also for the mind. Each color in fruits and vegetables carries unique nutrients: red foods reduce inflammation and protect the heart, orange supports vision and immunity, yellow strengthens bones and skin, green promotes heart health and removes toxins, while purple/blue regulates blood pressure and boosts brain health.

Psychologically, colorful meals can elevate mood and reduce stress. Bright, vibrant foods stimulate the senses and make eating an enjoyable experience. “The more colorful your plate, the more likely it is to nourish both body and mind.”

By consciously choosing a rainbow diet, we nurture our physical health while creating positive associations with food. This practice fosters mindful eating and emotional well-being.
