Materials of the unconscious mind, including our thoughts, emotions anxieties get reflected on our body and it is the role of the movement therapist to work with the natural movement of the client to deal with the unconscious conflicts. Being an expressive therapy it helps to release the emotional tensions and energies which then results in a clear connection with oneself and others.
