We are Very Happy to share that our Dialysis Unit in our Lion Kakurgachhi Hospital has set a New Record once again for the 4th consecutive month by Crossing 400 Mark.

405 Total Dialysis conducted which is the HIGHEST ever since it's inauguration.

65 Dialysis out of above offered in Donor's a/c to the needy patients.

This has been possible due to the unwavering support of all Members. Encouraging Members to continue to donate generously & play their part in giving back to the society.

Dedication of the UNIT'S staff Members under the guidance of Kolkata's Leading Nephrologist Dr. Lalit Kr. Agarwal helped to reach the milestone.

Also, pleased to share that needy patients are also administered Iron & Haemoglobin Injections for FREE.

I Suraj Chokhani - President, Lions Club of Calcutta Kankurgachi, exercising powers vested to me by Board and Constitution of Lions Club and Lions Trust, do hereby declare as follows.

With immediate effect all post and positions in Lions Club of Calcutta Kankurgachi Netralaya and Research Institute cease to exist.

No one is no more Chairman, Co Chairman, Convenor, Secretary, Treasurer, PRO or any other post holder as may be called so.

A committee on a temporary basis will soon be formed to look after day to day affairs of the Hospital which will be responsible for smooth functioning of the same till the time system and process are put in place.

Once amicably I am satisfied that we have reached a conscious and a proper democratic system is in place and is acceptable to one and all and is for the betterment of the Hospital and public at large, all the powers will be vested back to such a committee.

Till such time all existing post and positions are defunct and have no say in hospital matters whatsoever.
