We are thrilled to share that Anubhav Positive Psychology collaborated with Swapnopuron SikshaNiketan to conduct a series of mental health awareness sessions for 4 days in various schools from 22nd Feb- 25th Feb, 2025 in areas like Ghuni, Hingalganj, Sahebkhali, Kalitola & Ganesh Mondol.

Our initiative included:

Parenting sessions: Empowering parents with effective strategies to support their children's mental well-being.

Teachers' orientation: Equipping educators with the knowledge and skills to create a supportive classroom environment.

Students' orientation:
Discussed many topics like Mannerisms, Waste management, Good touch bad touch, Anger management.

These sessions were met with enthusiasm and appreciation, making for an enriching experience for all involved. By fostering a culture of mental health awareness, we hope to have made a positive impact on the lives of these students, teachers, and parents.

6th Feb, 2025 marks the culmination of our enriching 3-day journey at the international conference hosted by Swami Vivekananda University.

The conference took a remarkable turn when we were unexpectedly bestowed with the Best Paper Award. This recognition exceeded our expectations, as we were unaware of the awards component.
