It is a Institution by itself,a purely religious Organisation to render services in connection with religious performances and holding Meditation courses off and on.Our premises consist of a two storeyed building with a Sima Hall on the top floor of the Building exclusively meant for observing the occasion of higher Ordination to Trainee Monks (Sramaneras),as a full fledged Buddhist Monastery as well as for reciting Bikkhu Kammabacha and Kathinottora Kommabacha during the scheduled time. The Insight Buddhist meditation Centre imparts adequate training to a considerable number of trainee monks.Despite having a religious characters,the Meditation centre pledges and tries to do the best of its capacity to fulfill other needs of the society besides preaching,propagating holding Meditation camp and holding discussion on the tenets of Buddhism. The house and to run the cost of academic trainings and course in case situation demands. The centre holds a well-equipped library containing a huge stock of precious Tripitaka and allied books on Buddhist studies.
