Working out is NOT a free pass to eat whatever you want.
But also — eating less is NOT a substitute for moving your body.
Fat loss = calorie deficit (food)
Fitness = strength, stamina, mobility (movement)
You need BOTH working together. Not one cancelling out the other.
Fix your plate. Show up to train. That’s the whole formula.
