Cases flooding, phones buzzing continuously, computers chiming with incoming emails — that is exactly how it looks inside the ARMS Office. Our operations team manages 6-8 cases from any part of the world while managing hundreds of emails and phone calls. It is our priority to respond to the emails at its earliest, especially within 3 minutes.
Our team is available 24X7. While some offices close by the end of the day, we remain open, being alert round-the-clock. We have people working in morning, afternoon, and night shifts. They are always on high alert about any case coming in and out.
At ARMS, we are always on high alert about a new case and always quite quick to respond. We understand that the patient and their families require compassion and constant assurance. Hence, responding to them promptly and being connected to them for regular updates about the patient and insurance information will enable positivity in them.
