A young lady presented with a noticeable gap between her upper front teeth, which made her very conscious about her smile.

After a thorough evaluation and proper treatment planning, we decided to proceed with non-extraction orthodontic treatment to close the gap and improve her smile aesthetics.

Hot drink ➝ Avoid sudden cold rinse
Acidic drink ➝ Wait before brushing
If you immediately rinse with very cold water, the sudden temperature change can:
• Stress the enamel
• Cause tiny cracks over time
