विश्व रक्तदान दिवस हर वर्ष 14 जून को मनाया जाता है विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन द्वारा इस दिन को रक्तदान दिवस के रूप में घोषित किया गया है। वर्ष 2004 में स्थापित इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य सुरक्षित रक्त रक्त उत्पादों की आवश्यकता के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाना और रक्तदाताओं के सुरक्षित जीवन रक्षक रक्त के दान करने के लिए उन्हें प्रोत्साहित करते हुए आभार व्यक्त करना है।
