मरीजों को सभी दवाएं और जांचें निःशुल्क प्रदान की जाएंगी, राजकीय चिकित्सालयों में पीपीपी मोड़ पर संचालित सुविधायें-सीटी स्केन, एमआरआई और डायलिसिस आदि भी रोगियों को निशुल्क उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी
