๐ Breathe in, breathe out - Feel the flow of the breath
๐ Pay attention to all your senses - For ex; notice the taste, and texture of food
๐ Empty the mind - Take a few moments to be still
๐ As soon as the mind wanders, could you bring it back to your breath
๐ Practice Non-judgemental listening
๐ Be aware of every daily activity(driving, texting,cleaning,etc)
๐ Go outdoors - Walk around in nature
๐ Forgive yourself for every negative thought
๐ Be Grateful - Say thank you to nature. People and things.
๐ Go easy on yourself - With time, you will see progress.
