- Ovulation Issues: Conditions like PCOS (Polycystic O***y Syndrome) or hormonal imbalances can disrupt regular ovulation. 

- Fallopian Tube Health: Blockages or damage (often from past infections or conditions like endometriosis) can prevent the egg and s***m from meeting. 🧘🏻

- Uterine & Cervical Factors: Issues like fibroids, polyps, or structural abnormalities in the uterus can affect implantation.
