Fitness isn’t a destination; it’s a lifelong journey. Just like eating is a daily part of our lives—sometimes healthy, sometimes a treat—fitness has its phases. You adjust, you adapt, but you never give up.
Pregnancy is a beautiful, natural experience. Yet, so often, it’s treated like an illness. It’s not. It’s a physiological change that requires care, but it’s not something to shy away from. Postpartum recovery is a phase of rest and rebuilding, but it’s just that—a phase. Then, you get back to working on yourself.
Fitness will always have its ups and downs, but as long as you keep moving, you’re moving forward. Results will come in time—consistency is key. This is me practicing different versions of natarajasana through different phases of my life. Pregnancy changed my flexibility and strength, but after postpartum recovery, I’m back at it. No matter what phase you’re in, never give up.
