🧾 Job Overview:
Sudha Hospital is inviting applications for the position of Medical Incharge to supervise daily hospital operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure effective medical service delivery. The ideal candidate should have a background in medicine or hospital management and possess strong leadership and coordination skills.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the functioning of clinical departments including OPD, IPD, ICU, Emergency, OT, and Diagnostics
Coordinate between doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff for smooth operations
Ensure implementation of hospital protocols, SOPs, and clinical quality standards
Monitor availability of medical staff, duty rosters, and emergency response systems
Handle critical care coordination, patient grievance redressal, and escalations
Assist in compliance for NABH, MCI, and hospital audits
Maintain medical inventory oversight in coordination with pharmacy and purchase
Report directly to the Hospital Administrator and Medical Director
