Did a difficult cesarean today.......pt . , previous cesarean, o neg blood group (rarest) with big fibroid 5*5 cm,in lower uterus leading to difficulty in delivery of baby , increased bleeding during stitching of incision on uterus . But managed efficiently . Both mother and baby are doing fine .......SATISFACTORY DAY INDEED!!!!!???
