Continuing his passion for the subject , he went to South Korea for another fellowship in Robotic and Computer Assisted Navigation Surgeries under Dr JD Chang ( an eminent personality in the field of Arthroplasty , an International Faculty , and a wonderful Guide ) . He spent 3 months under his skilled supervision where he was able to refine himself to near Zero error technology. After attaining vast and varied experience in the field of Joint Replacement , he started working as Consultant Joint Replacement Surgeon at Kota's 2 best multispeciality hospitals Bharat Vikas Parishad hospital and Sudha hospital. He has been performing all kinds of Joint Replacement surgeries ( like Primary, Complex Primary and Revision Joint Replacement surgeries ) on regular basis and is competent enough in dealing with the intricacies of this field . He also has invaluable experience in treatment of different types of fractures involving both upper and lower limbs like complex intra articular fractures. Infection still is one of the most common reason for a revision replacement surgery.
We do it in 2 stages .
Where first stage consists of placing a temporary antibiotic loaded cement spacer ABLC where a patient is mobilised to prevent him from being bed which’s e call 1.5 revision.

In second stage when the infection goes away, we do complete revision surgery with revision implants .

Coincidentally I was the assistant surgeon to my Professor and Head in Baroda medical College when this patient had come from Kota to get his Hip Replacement surgery done.
Now after 15 years , patient had come with history of fall and sustaining periprosthetic fracture with implant loosening.

We revised this case in Kota with all the complex and revision implants.

With a dream of having the most advanced technical details of the subject , he was selected for one of the best centres for REVISION Joint Replacement surgeries in the world : Helios EndoKlinik, Hamburg , Germany under Dr Thorsten Gherke , who is the inventor of Single stage Revision in infected cases.

Dr Vishwas learnt the minutest of details and skills required for difficult situations in Revision surgeries of the patients whose joint replacement surgeries have failed due to some reasons.

He is Hadoti region's first surgeon to acquire such special training.
