The Guests of Honour for program were –

3. Shri. Shailendra Singh Rawat Ji(Mayor, Kotdwara Nagar Nigam, Uttarakhand).

The Annual Function of our school was celebrated with great enthusiasm and grandeur. The programme showcased the creativity, confidence, and talents of our students through a variety of cultural performances including dances, skits, songs, and speeches. The stage came alive with vibrant presentations that reflected discipline, teamwork, and dedication.

The function was graced by the presence of esteemed guests, respected teachers, and supportive parents. Their encouragement and appreciation boosted the morale of the students. Each performance conveyed meaningful messages related to culture, values, unity, and social awareness.

Formation of Eco Club at Maharishi Vidya Mandir Public School, Kotdwar (Uttarakhand).

An Eco Club was formed in Maharishi Vidya Mandir Public School, Kotdwar with the objective of creating awareness among students about environmental protection and sustainable living.
The club aims to develop a sense of responsibility towards nature and to encourage students to actively participate in eco-friendly practices.
The Eco Club comprises students from different classes under the guidance of dedicated teachers. Various activities are planned and conducted throughout the year, such as plantation drives, cleanliness campaigns, awareness rallies, poster-making competitions, and celebrations of important environmental days like World Environment Day, Harela and Van Mahotsav.

Through the formation of the Eco Club, students are encouraged to adopt habits like saving water, reducing plastic use, conserving electricity, and keeping the surroundings clean.

The club also motivates students to spread environmental awareness in their homes and communities.
The Eco Club plays an important role in making the school campus greener and cleaner. It helps students understand the importance of protecting the environment and inspires them to become responsible citizens committed to a sustainable future.

Maharishi Vidya Mandir Public School, Kotdwar Annual Sports Meet 2025:-

The Annual Sports Meet of Maharishi Vidya Mandir Public School, Kotdwar school was celebrated with great enthusiasm and sportsman spirit on the school playground.

The event aimed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and healthy competition among students.

The programme began with the hoisting of the school flag by Principal Mr.Ravindar Singh Gusain followed by a colourful march-past by students of different houses.

Various track and field events such as races, relay races, long jump, discuss throw, shot put, and fun games were organised for different age groups.
Students participated enthusiastically and showcased their skills, strength, and determination. The audience cheered loudly, creating a lively and motivating atmosphere.

Special races for teachers and students added excitement to the event. Winners were awarded medals and certificates, appreciating their hard work and dedication. The meet concluded with the prize distribution ceremony and a vote of thanks.

The Annual Sports Meet was a grand success and left everyone with memorable moments and a strong message about the importance of sports in life.

Christmas Celebration at Maharishi Vidya Mandir Public School, Kotdwar

Christmas was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at Maharishi Vidya Mandir Public School. The campus was beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree, stars, bells, and gifts, creating a festive atmosphere.
The programme began with a special assembly where students and teachers spoke about the significance of Christmas and the message of love, peace, and sharing.

Students presented carols and dances, which was appreciated by everyone. Santa Claus also made a special appearance and spread happiness among the children.

The celebration concluded with a message from the Principal Mr.Ravindar Singh Gusain encouraging students to follow the values of kindness and goodwill. The event was memorable and filled everyone’s hearts with joy and festive spirit. 🎄✨
