Kati basti at Ayurjyothi Ayurveda. A ring of dough is placed on the lower back and warm medicated oil is poured into the dough. Great for lower back pain and inflammation, sciatica, and other musculoskeletal disorders.

Do you spend a lot of time on the computer, your phone, or reading? Do you have dry eyes, notice your eyesight decreasing, or have other disorders of the eyes? If so, Netra Tarpana may be for you!

In this video, we are administering Netra Tarpana treatment at Ayurjyothi. It is great to use for both prevention and cure of eye disorders. A ring of dough is placed around the eyes and warm medicated ghee is poured to make a pool covering the eyes. The patient will then slowly open and close their eyes for the duration of the treatment.

After the treatment, the patient will avoid direct sunlight and protect the eyes from strain to receive optimal benefit.
