Heath is wealth ,Peace of mind is happiness , Yoga shows the way .My aim bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of my class .Through intention ,meditation , pranayana ,Asanas.and to improve my students leave each feeling refreshed and spiritual thinking .I teach in the way of Indian traditional yoga style and matras (Spiritual chanting ) and try to teach all kinds of yoga like General Yoga , Kids Yoga, Advance Yoga , Pregnancy Yoga , Old age yoga etc .
