💢 നടുവേദന — ചെറുതായി കാണരുത്!

ജീവിതത്തിലെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഘട്ടത്തിൽ മിക്ക ആളുകൾക്കും നടുവേദന അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്നുണ്ടാകും. ചിലപ്പോൾ വേദന നേരിയതായിരിക്കും, പക്ഷേ ചിലർക്ക് അത് ജോലിയും ഉറക്കവും പോലും തടസപ്പെടുത്തും.

🩺 പെട്ടെന്ന് തുടങ്ങുന്ന വേദനയുടെ പ്രധാന കാരണങ്ങൾ
➡️ പരിക്ക് (Injury)
➡️ പിരിമുറുക്കം (Muscle Strain)

4️⃣ ദീർഘനേരം ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ വേദന കൂടൽ
5️⃣ രാവിലെ എഴുന്നേൽക്കുമ്പോൾ കാഠിന്യത്തോടുകൂടിയ വേദന

5.പുകവലി ഒഴിവാക്കുക, കാരണം നിക്കോട്ടിൻ ഒരു വാസകോൺസ്ട്രിക്റ്റർ ആണ്, ഇത് രക്തക്കുഴലുകളുടെ കാര്യക്ഷമത കുറയ്ക്കുകയും നട്ടെല്ലിലേക്കുള്ള രക്തം, ഓക്സിജൻ, പോഷകാഹാരം എന്നിവയുടെ ഒഴുക്ക് നിയന്ത്രിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
