CPL 2026 Concludes with Thrilling Finals at Kozhikode Beach 🏏🌊
The Calicut Forum for IT - CAFIT Premier League (CPL) 2026 brought together the vibrant IT community of Kozhikode in a spectacular three-day cricket tournament held at Kozhikode Beach from April 24 to 26. With participation from 35 IT companies, including 6 women’s teams and 29 men’s teams, the tournament showcased exceptional talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship across categories.
In the women’s final, esynergy delivered a commanding performance against NUOX Technologies, posting a strong total and securing a convincing victory to lift the title. The match was highlighted by an outstanding all-round performance from Vismaya T.K, who was named both Player of the Match and Player of the Tournament for her remarkable contribution with both bat and ball.
The men’s category witnessed intense competition, culminating in a thrilling final between CYBROSYS Technologies Pvt Ltd and IOCOD Infotech. In a high-scoring encounter, IOCOD chased down the target in style to emerge as champions. Vidhu Prasad’s explosive innings earned him the Player of the Match title, while Sajan Basil from IOCOD was recognized as the Player of the Tournament for his consistent performance.
The closing ceremony was attended by Rifath Rahman along with CAFIT office bearers, celebrating the success of the tournament and the spirit of unity it fostered among IT professionals. With electrifying matches, strong participation, and enthusiastic crowds, CPL 2026 stood out as a true celebration of cricket, collaboration, and community in Kozhikode’s growing tech ecosystem. ⚡️
