Under the guidance of worthy Director Ayush J&K UT and under the supervision of District Nodal Officer AYUSH Kulgam, a number of Yoga sessions were organised at various educational institutions of district kulgam. During the yoga session demonstration of Common Yoga protocol (CYP) to the students and Lecture regarding role of Yoga in promoting physical, social and mental well-being was also imparted to the participants.

As a prelude to 11th International Day of YOGA and as per the directions of Worthy Director AYUSH J&K, and under the guidance of DNO kulgam today as on 11/06/2025 organised a Yoga cm meditation session at DPL kulgam.
Yoga is not merely a physical exercise, “It is a mind-refreshing discipline that fosters peace of mind, good health, and inclusivity—benefits that transcend age and gender.”

District Nodal Officer Ayush kulgam conducted a surprise cm inspection visit to AHWC Ganosargam & Tarigam today on 02/06/2025.
During the visit DNO sir checked the attendance of staff, Record register, Stock Register, etc. and gave strict directions for maintenance of punctuality and other office records.
