Starting any new habit can be difficult. One of our favorite ways to start anything new is to give ourself a little challenge.
We think it is easier to start something when we have a plan, and anyone can commit to ten minutes a day for ten days.
When you see the crazy poses or extreme flexibility that people post on social media, it is easy to get discouraged and think – it is too hard. But, that stuff is not really what yoga is all about.
Yoga is about learning about your body, getting stronger, feeling open and more comfortable in your body, and finding a sense of peace. This challenge is a great way to get your feet wet and jump in!
