ಇದು ಇಂದು ಬಹಳ ತಾಯಂದಿರು ಕೇಳುವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ.

ತಾಯಿ ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ಹಾಲು ಕೊಡುವುದು ಕೇವಲ ಆಹಾರ ನೀಡುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಅಲ್ಲ.
ಅದು ತಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಗುವಿನ ನಡುವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗುವ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಆಳವಾದ ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಬಂಧ
ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಯಿ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಕಡೆ ಗಮನ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ
ಮಗುವಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಮಗು ತಾಯಿಯ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ತುಂಬಿದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಮೊಬೈಲ್‌ನ blue light ಮಗುವಿನ ನಿದ್ರೆಯ ಮೇಲೂ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ತಾಯಿಯ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಬೇರೆ ಕಡೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ
ತಾಯಿ ಹಾಲಿನ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಕೂಡ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ.

ತಾಯಿ ಹಾಲು ಮಗುವಿನ ರೋಗ ನಿರೋಧಕ ಶಕ್ತಿ (Immunity) ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ತುಂಬಾ ಮುಖ್ಯ.
