ഞാൻ ഒരു പാട് എഴുതാറില്ല. എന്നാലും ഇന്നെനിക്ക് എഴുതാൻ തോന്നുന്നു. വർഷങ്ങൾ പിന്നിടുമ്പോഴും ഓർമ്മകൾക്ക് മധുരവും കയപ്പും കൂടു ന്നതായിരിക്കുമെന്ന് കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്... സ്വന്തം ഇഷ്ടങ്ങൾ വകവയ്ക്കാതെ മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഒരു പെണ്ണ് ജീവിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങുന്ന കാലഘട്ടമാണ് വിവാഹം ജീവിതം. എന്നാൽ എല്ലാം നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു കഴിയുമ്പോൾ തനിച്ചു മാത്രം ജീവിച്ചു തീർക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്ന ഒന്നാണത്. ജീവിതത്തിൻറെ ഭാഗമാണെന്ന് തോന്നിയാലും ഒരു പരിധിക്കപ്പുറം ഓരോരുത്തരും പോരാളികളാണ്. പക്ഷേ ആരോടാണ് യുദ്ധം ചെയ്യുന്നതെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാകുകയില്ല. പലർക്കും ജയവും തോൽവിയും ഒരുപോലെ തന്നെയായിരിക്കും. ആരാണ് തോൽക്കുന്നത് ആരാണ് ജയിക്കുന്നത്..... പക്ഷേ ഒന്നറിയാം ജീവിതത്തിൻറെ രണ്ടാം ഭാഗം ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത് ഒരു സ്ത്രീ അറിവില്ലായ്മ യോടു കൂടിയാണെങ്കിലും അതിന്റെ അവസാനഭാഗം അവർക്ക് മാത്രം അറിയുന്ന ഒരുപാട് സത്യങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും. അതിനു വർഷങ്ങളുടെ കണക്കുകളും പറയാനുണ്ടാവും അങ്ങനെ ഒരുപാട് വർഷങ്ങൾ പിന്നിട്ട സ്ത്രീകൾക്കായി ഇന്നത്തെ എൻറെ ദിവസം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

About Us

Grazia enrichment is a center established for social development and holistic wellness. Grazia is situated at Kunnamkulam, Thrissur District, Kerala. It is functioning as a multi-disciplinary team consisting Counselling Psychology, Allopathy and Ayurvedic Physicians, Physiotherapist, special educator. We have also introduced a new training method Sneha yoga. It is a survival training for cancer patients, paralysed, elderly and for family wellness. Grazia enhances on people's physical and mental well-being.

Our mission focuses on the wellness of individuals, families, and community by strengthening their physical and mental capacities through certain yoga techniques, counselling and also provides consultation facilities.
