A heartfelt celebration of energy, unity, and inner peace on the occasion of International Day of Yoga. Students, teachers, and staff actively participated in embracing the ancient Indian practice that nurtures both body and mind.

From revitalizing Asanas to calming breathing and meditation sessions, the atmosphere was filled with positivity and mindfulness. A special highlight of the day was the enthusiastic participation of our 7 J&K BN NCC KUPWARA cadets, who brought an extra spirit of discipline and energy, adding a special taste to the overall experience.

The event served as a reminder that Yoga is not just a set of exercises—it’s a way of life that promotes balance, wellness, and harmony.
