A pt has an impacted 2nd premolar with pain in left upper side of mouth .pt has visited many times different institutions for treatment ..pt undergone pulpectomy in adjacent 6 (ist molar) ..pt was under pain still since some 6 years ..the impacted premolar was not choosen to disimpact by many professionals as it was very close tp maxillary sinus and could hv lead to oro antral communication after some MRI AND CBCT WAS adviced ..pt came to our clinic with pain and i choose to disimpact the premolar ..and case was done successfully without hiting adjacent tooth and maxilary sinus ..thankfully done ..a video of the surgery is in other post ..
