GEL SONOVAGINOGRAPHY
Technique used for better delineation of congenital uterine anomalies and cervical lesions. Two patients done for the ist time using this Technique.
Ist case
Small cervical fibroid detected, was not seen in routine tvs.
2nd
Case of 45 year old female
On routine tvs, there was suspicion of cervical lesion. Gel sonovaginogram done: Well defined mass seen arising from cervix involving lower uterine segment and projecting into va**na.
- Likely CERVICAL CARCINOMA
