Many believe curd cools the body, but Ayurveda says otherwise. Curd is ushna (hot in potency) and can increase acidity, heaviness, and Kapha imbalance if eaten daily. For better digestion and gut comfort, switch to light, spiced buttermilk instead—your system will thank you.

Nasya can protect against pollution-related respiratory issues:

1. Clears Nasal Passages & Removes Pollutants

Nasya helps dislodge dust, smoke, toxins, and fine particulate matter trapped in the nasal cavity—your first line of defence against polluted air.

🛡️ 2. Strengthens Respiratory Protection

Regular Nasya nourishes nasal tissues, improves mucosal immunity, and creates a protective barrier that reduces irritation from pollution.

🌿 3. Reduces Inflammation & Allergic Reactions

Pollution often triggers sneezing, congestion, headaches, and sinus irritation. Nasya’s herbal oils soothe inflammation and calm hypersensitivity.

💨 4. Improves Breathing & Lung Comfort

By keeping airways lubricated and clear, Nasya enhances airflow, reduces dryness, and supports healthier, easier breathing in polluted environments.

Just when we lost Piyush Pandey last month, I finally opened Pandeymonium — and wow, what a ride!
This book isn’t a memoir; it’s a front-row seat to the man who made India fall in love with advertising.
He starts with the cutest family tribute ever. His sister Sudha (English MA, zero medical degree) declared herself the family’s Ayurvedic doctor. She’d boss the cook around: “More bottle-gourd juice! Add giloy! No tea after 6!” Piyush laughs that just living in the same house force-fed him a lifelong love for Ayurveda.
Lesson #1 from page 7 itself: Genius is often home-cooked with love.
Then come the big ones that made me put the book down and clap:
The best ideas are hiding in your maid’s gossip, your driver’s jokes, your sister’s weird juice recipes — not in research decks.
Simple + Emotional = Unforgettable. (Remember “Kuch khaas hai”?)
Great work needs guts + trust. Fight for ideas, hug your team.
Passion > Polish. Every single time.
Trophies collect dust; stories live forever.
Piyush didn’t just give us Fevicol and Cadbury — he gave us permission to stay curious, stay desi, stay human.

Read it. Gift it. You’ll finish it smiling and crying.
Highly, wholeheartedly, unapologetically recommended. 🇮🇳❤️

🚫 Noise pollution isn’t just annoying — it’s a real health trigger for many.
Constant honking, loud shouting, and blasting DJs can cause irritability, headaches, and even migraines in sound-sensitive people (yes, including misophonia & hyperacusis sufferers).
What feels like “normal fun” to some can be genuine pain for others.
A little empathy goes a long way: blow horns only when absolutely needed, keep voices considerate in public, and turn down the volume at parties.
Silence isn’t empty — it’s respect. Let’s gift it to those who need it most. 🤫❤️

Type 2 diabetes is a dietary disease in the sense that poor dietary choices are a major contributing factor to its development. A diet high in calories, sugar, and refined grains with a lack of physical activity lead to insulin resistance, the primary cause of type 2 diabetes.
