आवाज़ में कोई परिवर्तन है तो तुरंत एंडोस्कोपी करायें , यहाँ पर मरीज के बोलने के तार में हुई सूजन और गाँठ को दूरबीन से पूरी बेहोशी में निकाल दिया गया।
मरीज केवल चौबीस घंटे ही अस्पताल में रहेगा, ऐसे मरीजों को कम से कम बोलने की सलाह दी जाती है।

यहाँ पर विश्वस्तरीय उपकरणों का उपयोग हुआ है

आर्मी, पुलिस, सेना, एसएसबी एवं अन्य सेवाओं में होने वाले मेडिकल में कान का विशेष परीक्षण किया जाता है, अभ्यर्थी हर प्रकार से तैयार होकर जाते हैं परंतु दुर्भाग्यवश यदि मेडिकल में अनफिट हो जाये एवं समस्या कान में या नाक में है तो इसके लिए तुरंत अपने डॉक्टर से संपर्क करें।
कान के पर्दे का या नाक की हड्डी (डी॰एन॰एस॰)आपरेशन होने के बाद मेडिकल में समस्या नहीं आती है।
