Hi frnz...today z topic is sensitivity to hot and cold food or beverages.One of the main reason for sensitivity is gum recession.Intake of fast food and cold drinks lead to abrasion and erosion of teeth.Moreover people tend to brush vigorously sometimes in a hurry which may lead to abrasion of teeth.Technically erosion abrasion attrition are the three terms leading to tooth decay.Hence I will give you tips to save your teeth.At the very beginning always use a medium soft bristled toothbrush.Use a toothpaste containing potassium nitrate...this compound tends to block the exposed dentinal tubules.Use of fluoridated toothpaste .Nowadays a dental balm is available named SENOLIN SF gel containing stannous fluoride..it is used for dental hypersensitivity.If you are diagnosed with gum recession use of fluoride varnish is recommended .Sensitivity mouthwash are available in the stores nearby.Never ever go for composite filling if you have sensitivity problem.Use of lemon is prohibited.Waaspp me for queries....8638788491

According to a expert panel,third wave will reach its peak in October.This time our children will be infected more.5 lac cases in a day has been predicted in our country.12 to 18 years children will be vaccinated soon.About 7,300 crores rupees has been released from the central govt to build up covid pediatric ICU and unit, also for testing kit and other pandemic needs.Be alert everyone.

Interdistrict movement closed till today.Tomorrow is Independence day and will be celebrated following CABmeans covid appropriate behaviour.Over 5000 people lost their lives due to covid and it's mutated strains till today.Our health workers are still working and arranging awareness meeting in far off remote villages to vaccinate people against corona.Most of the village people agree for vaccination.They become adamant when we go for testing ...they don't cooperate with us which is a matter of serious concern.Recently I visited nagaland...on emergency purpose...I was very happy to see 95 percent people wearing face mask.Hope this pandemic will end soon.
