This Patient visited to us with Grade III mobility and pt was Not willing to go for extraction of the teeth, RCT with LASERS performed, to our Surprise the mobility was completely reduced within 21 days and also bone formation can be noted 🤗🤗🤗

Patient visited fir swelling of gums and bleeding from it, thorough scaling and Level LASER Therapy was given, within a week of treatment we were able to achieve the results, patient was advised to use mouth wash and other oral hygiene aids bt he didn't, we motivated him once again to use it during his follow up visit with us
